Hi I’m George, one of the creators of MyLoveBites.com. Like many of you I’ve had my share of ups and downs in the relationship world. The one thing I’ve learned about relationships is go with that little voice in your head. Guys, not the little voice you are thinking about that says go for it, I’m talking about the voice of warning. If you are on a first date and the person shows some personality quirks that make the hair on your arms stand up, RUN, don’t walk to the nearest exit. People are like fungus, they may grow on you, but you’ll need a cream, anti-biotic, or good lawyer to get rid of them later.
Dogs seem to have it the easiest in this world. They meet another dog and instantly start sniffing each other’s butts, and then they roll around and play. Sometimes they’ll just walk right past another dog without even stopping. They don’t have to talk for hours, learning each others likes and dislikes, or spend lot’s of money on drinks and dinner just to get to know each other. They just sniff and move on. I’m certainly not suggesting you try this technique, but the underlying philosophy is there. If you get a sniff of problems early on, notice the signs. Good looks will fade with time, but a persons personality issues last forever, and will end up feeling like rubbing your knuckles on a cheese grater.
